Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Return the item within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or cleaned
  • Final sale or clearance products
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
